Did you follow the any type procedure before sending? Did you open a case? Did you communicate with them? Did they want it back? Did you sign up for the MBG as mentioned? Or alternatively, who was going to bear the cost of return postage - it should be the seller, but only if they agree to the return.
Often times if a part is faulty and you communicate accordingly with the seller, they can just choose to refund you without incurring the return postage cost.
Now you're out your money as well as the cost of extra postage as an overseas seller has no way to send you a return postage label in the way that an Australian seller would.
You've tagged your post as a fraud warning, but in all reality, we need a lot more information to make that judgement, especially if you did none of the procedures above.
