How can we get eBay sellers to stop using the atrocious ,dishonest, unreliable ,serial BS artists,Fastway couriers ?
They must be the worst courier company on the planet . See some of their reviews at the link below

Just about every time a parcel is sent to me using Fastway I have major trouble getting it resulting in endless time spent on emails to sellers disputing Fastways BS tracking reports about trying and failing to deliver items or sometimes worse still say they have been delivered whan they haven't . And every time a parcel is overdue I check back and sure enough it is in the hands of Fastway Couriers .
Are others having the same trouble with this company or do they just hate me ?

Fastway couriers suddenly decided to stop delivering to my area without any notification. As a direct
result, items I've purchased from UK are being sent back to UK. I have notified sellers and yes, I am
refunded BUT I just want my items !! The items I'm buying are not available in Australia, and every
foxen UK seller seems to use DPD LOCAL who then send to Fastway who then send parcels back to
UK. This issue only started a few weeks ago. I'd previously had absolutely no issues.
There is NO workaround. 😞

Can you use a friend's address and then ask the friend to post to you?

Foxy you can send things to me.....my current Fastway driver is great....I have him well trained.
I have overnight delivery from Brisbane (not an express service, just standard).

I had the same thing happen here,(we live 2 kms out of town and if you live outside the immediate town area
they will now not deliver).
So it could become a complete nightmare as I've had an Aussie seller message me that they can't deilver to
me as Fastway no longer deliver out here,(so now I have to ask what the seller uses as a delivery service
before I can buy some things).

I wish fastways offered a depot collection option which would make it easier for rural buyers as most are willing to collect when they go to town.

I don't know a single solitary person in local town.
Fastways refuse to leave at post office as that is their competition.
My 'new best friend' at main Fastways depot is going to TRY to intercept parcel and call me to try
and organise for me to meet with delivery driver in town-problem is, stupid DPD LOCAL won't hand
over an Australian tracking number so bloke said there are 3-4 thousand parcels coming through
his depot each day but he will try to help. He has 2 contact numbers for me now.
He said IF a phone number is clearly visible on delivery label, they will attempt to let customer
know there is a parcel waiting 70kms away but unfortunately that rarely happens.
Thanks for the offer Lyndal, will get back to you if this delivery is also sent back to UK-there have
been multiple emails back and forth and overnight between me and the seller trying to sort this.
Seller has said if parcel comes back to UK again, they can try sending with Fedex.
This Fastway issue has only occurred since February.

I am having the same trouble, don't you worry. I'm sure there are plenty of people who agree. Every single time, I have something to do with this courier, they always mess it up. Not only can they not leave it at the Local Post Office, but they do not provide the casual service of leaving it at your house. Additionally, my latest parcel I'm receiving off of them keeps having miss-deliveries because I am a busy man with something called Work. Each time they try to deliver and miss, they don't even leave a calling card. Their Aramex Website will ask for further instructions, but you require the calling card to do anything about it. Guess what, the 2nd time they try to redeliver, THEY FORGET AGAIN. NO CALLING CARD. So now, I'm in a continuous loop of forsakenness. I've never had a problem with any other courier, it is simply just "Fastways Couriers" who have had to change their name and associate with other companies due to their negative reputation.
if you have received "good" service from these guys, then that's great! But then that means, if you used the services of other couriers, then you'll receive 100x the better service because Fastway couriers is a very low standard and shady business.
