IF you really did not sign up to get the $15 voucher, you have bigger things to worry about
Firstly, you need to contact eBay and report your eBay account has been compromised so they can close it
Then you need to notify your bank so they can cancel your card and investigate the charges and who authorised them
But if, like everyone else who comes on and claims 'they did'nt do it' and you did indeed sign up to get the $15 voucher (where you ticked that you had read and understood you would be charged $19 a month for subscribing to Smartycash, then you need to log into that account and cancel it
It will be every month, $19 as agreed to by 'whoever' it was that used your account and information to sign up to it
