I purchased a power supply that is faulty. When trying to contact the supplier from the items page I'm directed to a web page that has a FAQ that says contact the supplier but there's no contact link, email address or any other way to do this.
The only way I can see to contact him/her is leave negative feedback which I'd rather not do at this stage.

The email address didn't work nor the phone number from eBay, however raising a PayPal dispute stirred up some interest and I eventually recieved an 80% refund on the purchase price which suited me as the power supply was usable though one minor feature didn't function.
It was a hell of a waste of time though.

Try to contact the seller through eBay messages. In the Purchase History section of your My eBay find the item and on the right hand side under the More Actions dropdown, click on Contact Seller.

Thanks for the response.
Every "Contact Supplier" link I try including the one on Purchase History leads me to the suppliers FAQ web page with no where to go from there.

Try clicking on their ID name or feedback and then Contact Member.

Tried that. Same problem, I've been all over and every time I clicked any "Contact Supplier" for this item I end up at the same spot with no contact link.
Just checked the PayPal receipt for this purchase and there's an email address there. I'll try that.... here's hoping.

Thanks. If the email address doesn't work I'll try that.
