I cant get answers from seller and my item hasn't been posted yet. I went on the site and it looks like it has shut down.?

put their id in Advanced Search to find if they currently have listings on eBay.

if you dont have your item, and have allowed enough time for delivery based on where they are and where you live, then open a dispute in PayPal.
