How do I go about fixing a unpaid item dispute taken off. I need buyers details to fix this problem?

    Ive had a unpaid item dispute opened on me. I have been very sick, i have MS and this had slipped my mind. I want to try and fix it.

Contact the seller using the small drop down menu to the right of item in your purchase history.

Explain the situation and if the case is still open you can still make the purchase if you so desire or maybe the seller will change the case to cancelling it for you.
