kdale, Firstly I would contact the Seller and tell them you have not recieved your Item as yet. Then, Open an Item not Recieved Case.
Do not let them stall you or let them tell you that it's on its way. BTW what is the item number. Do not give the Sellers ID.

I think it is a bit late for a dispute as it has been the best part of ten weeks since the purchase.

PJ, I think Paypal's 180 day rule came in just before that date so the OP might still be able to open a dispute if that's the case.

Paypal Protection extended - Effective date 18 November 2014 - claim period extended from 45 days to 180 days.
