How do I make the. Item I purchase private in my feed back (not say what the item is)

When  I look at some members feedback   They don't sttate what the item is instead they have private, how do I  stop Sellers giving me feedback with item description?

From someone in the know, talking about markup, there are items in the mobile phone accessory industry that have over 800% markup, and very likely in other small add on items for other consumer goods as well. As we say, the buying public sets the price by being prepared to pay amount. Something is worth what people will pay for it. I bet you all have purchased a mobile phone charger for your phone and didn't give a thought to the markup, which can be form 100 to 800 percent and higher if it is a Chinese one.

I don't personally buy such items ......... but the reason the original poster (OP) was seeking to find out how to hide original purchase information, is to hide the original details about same items being onsold and possibly revealing markup and/or different description.
