I want to report a seller that used obscene language in a reply to a negative feedback.

Personally, I wouldn't report it, as eBay will remove it.
I would prefer it stayed in public view as it speaks volumes of the seller and serves as a very effective deterrent for any potential buyers.
That being said... there is a help hyperlink at the bottom of this page.

It's disgraceful. Please report it.

On the above link, scroll to bottom and click on "contact us"... type in "offensive language in feedback" then click on "contact an agent".

Were you able to follow the link to report this? I see it's still there. ๐

Or.... once removed, it can take up to 48hrs to disappear from view.
I'm fairly confident that someone who read this thread would have reported it

I am confident you are incorrect.
In the 18 years I have been an eBay member I have never heard of third parties being able to influence feedback.
Please point me to any instance that contradicts.

When it comes to profanity, anyone can report it. I've actually done so myself in the past and the offending feedback was removed.
