Advertising free delivery falsely

I have noticed when searching a product some sellers items are advertised as "free delivery" but once their site is opened you find a delivery fee. isn't this false advertising?

Resolved! Non supply of goods and Ebays innaction to do anything.

I conntacted the supplier, and they said if I am not happy to contact ebay. I did that on the 10th of November and then they did nothing. Ebay has closed the case because of my inaction when I was waiting for them to deal with it.

Is it wise ?
