I conntacted the supplier, and they said if I am not happy to contact
ebay. I did that on the 10th of November and then they did nothing. Ebay
has closed the case because of my inaction when I was waiting for them
to deal with it.
The order you are referring to is an entirely different purchase. That
particular purchase did not work and I am now happily dealing with the
