How do I service notice from Victorian Consumer Affairs, I need a postal address, not just an Email

I have received a wrong click n collect, and after 7 emails, been told won't get a refund becasue "an" item although not the correct item has been collected.

Ebay click n collect say ther is CCTV footage, but they say it's up to me to negotiate with Big W to see it. When queried Ebay has admitted they haven't seen it either, just the store, but can't tell me who in the store to contact (name) so that I can go to view it.

I want to lodge a complaint with Victorian Consumer Affairs but they will probabaly inlove as part  of the process also sending a letter (not Email to Ebay) so I need to know what their resgisted adress is, they would be incorporated in Australian to have an ABN, so must have a registered office in Australia.

This is the "find an office" page on their website: https://www.consumer.vic.gov.au/contact-us/find-your-nearest-office

Was the item you collected intended for someone else, and sent by a different seller entirely? (Or, more simply, was this a seller error and they sent you the wrong item, or a Big W error and they gave you the wrong parcel?)

It all sounds a bit extreme to me.  Have you: a) Contacted the Seller at all to try and resolve the issue; or b) Gone to the Big W store to see if you can get some assistance there?

In my experience, Consumer Affairs won't act unless reasonable steps to resolve the issue with the Seller have been taken by the Buyer.  In this case, ebay are only the operator of the online sales platform where the transaction was carried out and Big W was only the point of collection.  Neither party are responsible for the incorrect item issue.
