I bought a few products from this seller at one go.out of 4 products, I have wrong color (ordered black but came in white), bad quality, didn't fit description etc.I sent all four to salvation army.seller threatened me by insisting I have to change the feedbacks to positive in order to refund for one item.I opened request but nothing was done.so beware all buyers, this seller <Removed> is very doggy seller.

You should have opened a case instead of giving the items away for a start. If you did give the items away, then there is nothing you can do. The seller would want the items back and it would cost you more than they are worth. As mentioned, you should have done some homework before buying anything from this seller.

IMO you may have to read & study the rules about buying and be a little more astute on ebay. You seem to be having a lot of bad luck ?

and going by the negative you received yourself you have no idea on how eBay works...
Site map - bottom of every page - please read up on all you need to know about buying and selling before you go any further.
A negative in such a short space of time makes you look like a very dodgy seller.

One thing I noticed in the feedback this buyer gave for someone else was a neutral, just because a frock did not fit properly.
I would have thought it is a given that if you buy clothes or shoes you would realise that you are taking a slight risk if you buy without trying something on. If the size had been incorrectly listed, fair enough.
But an item might be exactly as described and still not look or feel great on you. That isn't the seller's fault. Feedback is meant to be about how the transaction went, and if the item is as described. If I were a seller, I would be very annoyed at that feedback.

How do ebay help when come to bad seller?
They allow buyers to leave them feedback then they clearly display all that feedback and if it shows as many negs, neuts and withdrawn feedbacks as your seller they expect buyers to have more sense than to buy and expect to get exactly what they paid for.
I have rarely seen a high volume seller with feedback as bad as theirs, I wouldn't have gone near them if it was below 99.5%.
