I have a case opened, and I am requested to add new details to it, however there is no feature to allow me to do that unless I am not seeing it.
Please help

Have you looked at the bottom of your purchase history, the return case wiil be there. Just click on "details" and it should take you to where you can add information. (under where you write is a landscape icon where you can add screenshots or photos etc).
