I have a problem with ebay and the way the site handles purchases. I do not have a problem with the seller.
Who can I email to complain about this?

Top right of your screen sigma. Contact eBay.

Sorry, click customer support and THEN contact eBay.

Do you mean customer support because there is no "Contact eBay"?

To call ebay click on Customer support in the top RH corner and then click on Contact ebay then hover your mouse over buying and then click on site issues then click on call us and you will be given the number and a code to enter on request.

I have trolled through all of them but have not found what I'm looking for.

Can you tell us your concerns and someone here may be able to assist.
If not, you need to phone eBay, same place - customer support - contact eBay - and choose the call back option.
Once you are speaking to them if you can not get your problem resolved asked to speak to a supervisor.
If you problem is payment related however you should be contacting paypal

Thank you "sparklz"for you answer. I finally found it. There is no "site issues" option but if you click on say Rules and Policies the right half of the box has several contact options. A bit of a rabbits warren!

I can't for the life of me comprehend why you have left positive feedback for one of the 2 items you only bought from China 48 HOURS ago :O:O

Sigma what foxette is getting at is that it's usual to wait until you have
received the item in good order and you are happy with the whole
transaction. Otherwise if something goes wrong you have already given
them a Positive feedback and don't have much recourse.
