How do you follow up on a seller when the purchase was a long time ago?

I bought an alfresco rangehood a couple of years ago and the control panel developed a fault. As the item was built in the cost of replacing it would have been huge so I thought I'd try the seller and they came up trumps. Thankyou Thankyou Pinnacle Wholesalers for sourcing me a new control panel on a product out of warranty.

I don't know how to add this positive feedback other than using this forum.

You can add a follow up to feedback but as it's a long time ago nobody else will probably see it. If you do want to, it is under Community in the  main menu select Feedback Forum.

What you could also do is send an email to the seller thanking them for their great service and tell them that you are happy for them to use your letter in any advertising.

It is great that the seller helped you................but it is also really great that you took the time to give praise where it is due.
