Try the report item in the listing if you haven't.

Or this might help -

According to the US site policies, listings for pelts and skins are restricted, but only those from endangered animals are prohibited, as well as pelt or fur made from cats / dogs (http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/wildlife.html) - which would mean the listings themselves aren't against policy unless the bird is an endangered species.

I'm assuming that regardless, they wouldn't be able to be imported to Australia, but in that case it would be more a matter of the buyer being aware of customs rules and regulations; same as with things like laser pointers, really (not illegal to sell in other countries, but illegal for an Australian to import them). TBH I'm not really sure if making a listing available to a country in which a buyer can't legally import them is against eBay policy or not (I can't find anything that states as much, anyway).

To reveal the contact options, I find I have to click Customer Support, then the Contact Us tab, then select a topic from the menu, after which the contact options are displayed. This link may bypass that:

If the listings are allowed on the US site then it is the responsibility of the buyer to know if they can be imported into their country or not.

In fact if the items are stopped at customs as banned items they are considered delivered for the purposes of buyer protection and you cannot get a refund.
