Tell them to add the postage to the invoice. Tell them to NOT click 'recalculate' as this is a revert to default/cancel changes button.
If they click on preview after adding the postage, this will show the correct amount, then they can send the invoice to you.

They should click on the 'More Actions' drop down menu next to the sold item and select 'Send Invoice' - put in the postage charge and NOT click the 'Recalculate' button - just preview and send the invoice.
