How does one change a feedback survey on an item recieved? The seller refuses to replace the item until I have changed the feedback that is negative to the seller.

Don't change your feedback. Report the seller straight away to eBay.
Feedback extortion is frowned on.

Then open a dispute with eBay if there is an issue with your purchase.

In future leave feedback until after you have atempted resolution either direct or via dispute resolution. A neg puts sellers on a bad footing. To get feedback revised a seller would need to send you a feedback revison request. You would only agree to it AFTER a resolution had been process. Otherwise its extortion.

Yep. One need to ask the seller to re post the feedback page. Only then can one change the original entry.
To avoid this happening in future wait until any problem is resolved before filling in feed back. Makes for a better relationship !
