Hi everyone,
bought a car aerial recently on 20th nov from hong kong, seller has marked posted 21st nov.
Just wondering how long I should wait before contacting seller or opening a 'not received dispute through paypal'
Its not for xmas or anything (went through car wash broke my aerial) its now been 14 working days excluding weekends

I have purchased many items from HK and the usual delivery time is around 3 weeks, some times as long as 4.
The delay has nothing to do with the sellers, its HK post and customs.
waiting is the price you pay for buying from HK

I would not even think about contacting the seller or opening a dispute in less than 4 weeks, especially at this time of the year when items can be further held up by our own Customs and postal system.

Remember also, post from China at this time of year is dealt with on a 'registered first' basis. If it is a normal parcel it will wait until all reg'd is cleared. It is a huge postal system, and the influx of parcels both in and out is massive. But keep an eye on the dates so you can open INR if you need to
