eBay tells me to ask for a resolution from the seller, the seller will do nothing in resolution on not having shipped the item and is just trying to scam.
All the resolution centre tells me is this now.

eBay does site maintenance on Fridays so it could be a glitch due to that, just try again later. If you can't escalate the dispute by tomorrow go to the link below, scroll to the bottom and use the "chat with us" function and get the CS rep to escalate it for you.

Thank you, haven't been able to find anyway of talking to anyone. Will wait another 6 hours then see if the glitch clears its self out first before escalating.

No, there is no way to actually speak with ebay....thephone centre has been closed for many months because of covid.
The whole system is automated.....you just follow the prompts when you escalate the dispute.
