I purchasesd an item that has never arrived.

The seller admits it has never arrived.

Opened a case through the website but they just keep msg saying please wait longer. Just email ping pong back and forth with me rejecting there offer to wait longer. Its been 3 months.

How can i get my money back, or report them or escalate this case.

Seems i cant do a review of the seller either.

Please help

It would have been 2008 that they changed it. I used to buy a lot of things from the UK and use sea mail, but I was pretty much forced to pay for airmail once they changed it to 60 days, so of course I didn't buy much after that. Sellers used to tell me it was cheaper to post to me than to someone else in the UK (with sea mail).

In 2005 paypal refused to cover items sent by sea mail from any country in the world as they deemed it to be too slow to comply with delivery times.

They were all fairly cheap items that I was buying ($10 to $20 total including postage). Airmail postage increased the price by quite a bit and it was more noticable on cheaper items.

Paypal cover wasn't worth the paper it was written on in those days. If you wanted to do a not as described claim you had to get written evidence from an 'expert' and it would have been a waste of time for most things.
