HI THERE, 

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED SEVERAL OF MY ITEMS AFTER A REALLY LONG TIME.

I tried to contact the sellers and at first, they promised to resend the item and now they don't reply at all.

these are:

Please help me in this regard as they don't reply anymore!

I want to refund money.

Never let a seller string you along. They will never "resend" an item. Very common tactic of Chinese sellers.

Open up cases for "Item Not Received" if you are still within the Ebay time frame.

If not, open up cases in Paypal as you have 180 days.

If more than 180 days, you may have to initiate a charge back with your bank if you paid via Credit Card (through Paypal).

Note: your post will be modified by the moderators as you are not allowed to name and shame sellers on these boards.

All sellers in China with poor feedback

As suggested above, open item not recieved disputes for each

And stop buying from dodgey sellers

Did you bother to check the feedback of any of them before purchase?  I am guessing not
