I am finding it hard to remove some negative feedback

Please I would like to retract my negative feedback I posted,

You cannot change it.  The only way to change the feedback is for the seller to send you a Feedback Revision Request.  This will allow you to change the comment and the star ratings.

I left neg for a seller and we later came to an agreement. I messaged ebay from the contact us link and explained I left the feedback and would like to remove it due to our agreement and they did it for me
