I am trying to request a refund for an item that is not as described won't take me to the appropriate page.

Before I go into anything else, it's probably best to establish whether you are still within the timeframe for opening a dispute/request for refund for an item that is not as described / INAID (also known as SNAD (Significantly Not As Described).

• How long ago did you place the order for the item?
• What was the EDD? (Estimated Date of Delivery)

I contacted the seller directly and they are giving me a full refund, so all good. Thanks for your time and help though.
