I am sending myself messages?

Just went to message a seller about one of their items, but the mesage on eBay got sent to myself!

Is the message system broken or how would this happen?

Not sure whats happened if it a copy has come to your my ebay message inbox. 

However, if it has come to your personal email, it is likely to be just a copy of what you sent to the seller.

There is an option available to cc: a copy to your own email, when you ask a seller a question. This option is also available if responding to messages in my ebay:messages.

They're probably tinkering with the messaging system, causing glitches along the way - some of the changes they announced a while back haven't been introduced as yet (eg if you read a message in your email, it's supposed to be marked as read automatically on eBay).

Oh well flashbacks - 'tis only one step up from talking to yourself, which I do constantly.

Having said that, I have actually found I am a really easy going person, great personality with a kick ass sense of humour, and I have never argued with myself. By far one of the most rewarding conversations one can have I think! :^O
