I bought a Samsung Note 5 back in 11 March 2018 and the phone is a piece of **bleep**?... What do i do???? I asked eBay for help. Unfortunately the purchase is too old and eBay does not want to know about it. Also PayPAL is the same. Tomtopex the rip off murchants refuse to send me their return address for repair or refund even though they advertise their phone sales right now with 2 year return repair service.
Total thieves and cheats. Do not buy from them if you don't wish to get coned/burnt.

You've run out of time for both eBay and Paypal's dispute system as you are aware.
BUT if you but electronics from an Asian seller you can almost guarantee you'll not be buying a genuine article/refurbished article. In the future buy those sort of items from a bricks and mortar store where you will get a guarantee and a genuine product.
G'day Kopes.
Edit. Looking at your feedback left for others, maybe buying and selling on-line is maybe not for you.

If so, good win.
Yep Kopes, it was a great win for us over here - what a nail-biter of a game !!!!!!
I listened to the ABC commentry but only saw bits and pieces of the game on the telly since I was slaving over a hot barbie. Luckily I remembered to record it so I can catch up later on
