I bought some items 10 weeks ago and they never arrived. The seller kept telling me they would send them out again but it never happened. the 45 days has passed and the seller never returns my messages. I've contacted paypal and they can't do anything.       HELP

Because you let it go past 45 days there is nothing that you can do unless you paid with a creditcard then you could contact your bank and do a chargeback
