I bought a camping toilet in May from <Removed> and it never arrived. when It was a week or two after purchase I emailed him and he encouraged me to wait, as it should still come. He kept encouraging me to wait until the 45 days were passed ( I didn't know there was a limit to the time in which I could raise a dispute with him through ebay) and so now I have not got my toilet, or my money and I have nowhere but here that I can even share my negative feedback. <Removed> has ceased to reply to my emails and never answers his phone. At this point I would honestly encourage no one to purchase from him, I am prepared to change my opinion if he will contact me and work this out.

Unfortunately you have fallen for a favourite tactic of the lesser sellers. About the only thing you can do is if you funded the PayPal payment with a credit card you could see your bank about a chargeback. Also report him to the online fraud department.

Ummm as the company is a registered business you could try a complaint to fair trading as well

every time you make a payment thru Paypal the confirmation of your payment contains the details of the 45day timeframe for lodging a claim, didn't you read that?
