You should contact the seller first, but they are not obliged to refund your money just because you bought the wrong item.  If there was nothing wrong and the items is as described in the listing you cannot open a dispute.

agree with lyndal, how is it the sellers fault you didnt look at the listing properly first? lesson learnt i hope.
