I brought an item from ebay on the 31st January commerce but haven't received anything.

I brought an item from ebay commerce through paypal but never received it and I don't know how to contact them

eBay do not sell anything

You need to contact the actual seller of the item in question, using eBay messages

Have you bought a lot of items that have not arrived?

What was the estimated delivery date?

You have no recent feedback as a buyer or this account, did you buy as a guest or did the seller not leave you any feedback?

Same as me.I was sent from PayPal to ebay commerce au and they`ve kept my money.It was taken from my credit card.

So if you bought something and it did not arrive

Did you contact the seller?

Did you open and follow through with a dispute?

Your ,most recent feedback you left is for a seller in China who has beyond horrid feedback, but you have left them a positive so ?

If its the same situation you should have opened an Item not received case within 30 days of the EDD.   Which if it was January, to late you have done your dough, and why would you wait this long.

I'm having trouble understanding exactly what you mean here, but if you are trying to say that you bought something on ebay, paid with paypal but you have not received your item, then there is something you can do about it.

1. When was your item supposed to arrive? The estimated delivery date range will be in the ad.

If  the item is not over 30 days late, you can open an ebay claim.

That's what i would do. I wouldn't even bother contacting the seller, you'll just lose time. Time is critical.

Open your claim, follow through with it, you will get a refund via ebay unless the seller can provide proof of delivery.

2. If your item is over 30 days late, then that is a shame. Never let that happen on ebay again as it means you are too late to open a claim.

But the good news is, if you paid via paypal, you can open a claim with them. They have a 180 day window. 

So, depending on when your item was supposed to arrive, open an ebay claim first, or if too late for that, then open a paypal claim. Not both at the same time though, whatever you do.
