I can't find the discount voucher on My EBay Page

After I signed into EBay today, a banner appeared saying I had a voucher for 10% off and just go "My EBay" to see the voucher. There is nothing there, I've signed in and out a couple of times thinking it might take a few minutes to update but nothing. Read through the questions here at where to find it, even saw a pic someone put up detailing where it is but nope, still no go. Has the voucher dumped me already? 😞   Or is there something I'm not doing? Thanks

just mouse over the My Ebay link at the top of this page, next to the bell. if you have a discount voucher you will see it at the bottom of the drop down list that appears.

I had a 20% one.  that disappeared when I got to my ebay. i contacted ebay about it ( there is a posting all about this) They said they would still honour it and are going to refund the 20% for the item i bought. Try contacting them about it.

Thanks, nothing appears but at least I know now how to properly check. It definately said I had a voucher upon signing in but it's not worth stressing any further over it.

I just signed in on this account and received a 15% voucher "in my eBay". Looked everywhere, can't find it. In the past I've found them in the My Ebay dropdown at the top but not this time. It's no problem, this account isn't set up to buy or sell anyway, so I can't use it. I was just curious as to where it might be after the recent discussions on this subject.

There isn't even a link to the T&C's where it might reveal the code, so it's all a big mystery!

My vouchers also not showing, I am a plus member, not any more. 

Waste of money, online chat don't want to help.
