I cannot close dispute or contact ebay.

I opened a dispute for item not received.  Since then I have received the item and want to close the dispute.

Whenever I go to close the dispute I cannot drop down the menu as and there seems to be a blank screen covering it.

I have left positive feedback for seller.

I have tried to contact ebay and cannot get past 1.selling and will not let me contact.

I would really like to close this case.

If you only opened a dispute and did not escalate it then it will time out eventually. If it bothers you then give ebay a call unless somebody who knows how you do it comes along soon.
