I cannot find the log out / sign out tab anywhere on my ebay page?? can some one help please

Top left, hover over the G'day xxxyournamexxx and the sign out will appear in the drop down menu.

Should still be in the same place......hover over "g'day your name ". Top LHS on your my eBay page.

Yes...it disappears quite often...when it does I click on 'community' and log off from there
