I bought a NEW iRIG iMIC WIRED HANDHELD MICROPHONE FOR iPHONE iPOD TOUCH iPAD - IRIGMIC #131095724333 on 10/Feb. However, it donsen't work at all. As they reqired, I mail back the item from Australia to UK on 24/Feb.
The postage fee is $41 even though i look for the cheapest post method. The itme is only $67.45. However, the postage cost me $41.
I send email to them to check the post tage fee. Why customer should pay this high expense due to the sller's item products. They say they can only afford $10. The more serious issue is. Once I send back the micphone on 24th/Feb, I did not get anything from them. They said they mailed to me. however, I did not get their email notification and my wife work at home. Each day we have person at home. They told me the itme has arried Australa on 12th/Mar. However, until today 7th/Apr, i did not get this itme.
Because the purchase time is more than 45 days, i can not create a case in Paypal. I just want to know how can i get the refund an How can i report them. Now they do not answer my email and my refund request.
Anybody can help me? This issue is really very angrying and serious.
Why i paid $100 and can not get anything?

If you funded the paypal payment with a credit card then call your bank and get a chargeback underway.

two flaws in your plan.
1. you did not open a dispute within 45 days
2. you returned to item without paypal telling you to.
NEVER trust a seller to refund you simply because they ask you to return the item for a refund. As you have found out you now have no way of proving you had the item or that it was broken.
Learn from this mistake and move on, you could also try as sparklz suggests.
