I did not receive an item, the Seller stated he would resend the item but I still did not receive it. Seller does not respond to my emails.... I paid $50.71 AU

Seller stated he would resend item as he could not find his tracking number in Hong Kong, seller also said he would offer a partial refund. More than 45 days gone and seller did not resend and does not reply to e-mails. Seller has a 98.4% Feedback, yet does not send to many people and eBay continues to support this seller. WHY ??? because he sells thousands of things so he can afford NOT to send to some paying customers and yet still have a good Feedback ??? What proptection does the buyer have ??? NOT much..

Buyers have all the protection that they should ever need of they pay with paypal and follow the rules. Open a dispute if your item has not arrived within 45 days.
