To talk to eBay - Go to the Help page, scroll down to "contact us" and go though all the options until a live chat window appears (during normal business hours). Sometimes there is also a link to request that they call you back, but live chat is better, as they then send you a transcript of the chat.

Good luck with getting a CS rep to help you properly. At best, they are good with very, very simple issues - at worst they are completely incompetent and have a poor understanding of how the platform actually works. They are also well known to give any answer they think the customer wants to hear and their advice is often plain wrong.
As actual buyers and sellers on this platform, some of us for decades, we have a vast body of knowledge between us, so it might be worth putting your issue here for us to look at.
If you feel CS is the better route, I hope they can solve the issue.

Good luck with that. I would go with what the responders here advise me before taking much notice of CS or any dribble in an email - thats if you get a reply.
