How did it get damaged?

 

Did it arrive that way due to being poorly packed?

 

Was it damaged through normal use?

 

Did the eBay ad say is was as new/near new/Excellent/good/mention damage?

 

Have you communicated with the seller?

 

What was the last estimated delivery date?

 

 

Literally, nobody here can answer you with no information
