I have had problems with this seller. He has been lying through his teeth and getting away with it. I have not received my item, I have put in a request. That has been nearly 6 months now and I'm tired of it. I need help.

After 6 months it is too late.

You should have opened a not received dispute when the seller started stuffing you around.

If you paid with a credit card then try calling the bank and do a charge back.

You have 180 days from payment date to open a dispute via paypal if that was how you paid as well.
