In the middle of transaction i went overseas for a holiday

Paid via bank transfer

Tried to call number but no one spoke english

He keeps listing items

How do i get my item or money back?

unfortunately, if you buy from a seller who doesnt offer Paypal, or you decide not to use paypal. there is no Buyer protection offered on the transaction, and it is almost impossible to get your money back if the seller does not send the goods.

And as German sellers don't have to offer a safe payment method, a lot of scammers choose to list there.
