I purchased and paid for an item and was sent a compleatley different Item, since then I have been it constanint touch with the supplier who said he had posted the correct one but I never received it and he has strung me along so the now it is over 45 days since the purchase and I am unable to go through the resolution process, he wants me to send my email address so he can contact me. I just want my money returned to my paypal account.

Syd, for starters these boards are manned by ebay members, buyers and sellers, just like yourself, not be ebay staff
Unfortunately, you let it go past the 45 days and there is nothing paypal or ebay can now do, however, if you funded your paypal payment via your cr/card you could perhaps contact your bank about a chargeback.
please in future never ever let a seller string you along, open the dispute, that gives you a further 20 days for them to get it sorted before you make a claim. (thats 65 days in all, time enought for any dispute), but, after the 45days nothing can be done.

Yes I know it had gone over the 45 day period ( I was not aware this was in place) any way I do now.
But I feel like I was the one in the wrong after the supplier strung me aloung saying it was coming, any way I will be more warey from now on.
