I have searched everywhere for a place to save a history of purchases THAT DOESN'T DISAPPEAR

With your purchase history you can only go back to 2016 via the dropdown menue, some information is available through either feedback or your Paypal reciepts.

Most of my purchases I print out for future reference if needed.

Thanks for that but when I look at purchase history it only shows me a few items. That's a good idea to print them.

As padi suggests change the drop down menu from 60 days to the year you want.

It doesn;t matter how mane I select, it only shows my last 12 purchases, grrrrrrrr
