I just bought a new phone to get the ebay scanner app ..unfortunately does not work ..in Australia

I cannot get the scanner to work on barcodes is it just me or my phone im not sure can anyone help.

I see them using their phones in America to scan items and bought a newer phone so i could do the same unfortunately never works.

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you pay close to retail?

What is an eBay scanner app? I've heard on an eBay app, which is downloadable from the Apple or Google store on any smartphone.

Where is the seller located?

I suspect you have been scammed.

the app no longer works on  my phone but when it did you just selected the barcode button or something and the screen would go to camera and then just point it at the barcode.
