I have just spent $544.00 and could not get ebay discount voucher codes to work why is that

They are not our discount vouchers,people here are buyers and seller exactly like you and do not control vouchers offered by eBay
Did your purchases meet all the t&c ?
Were all the sellers registered in Australia ? (quite often a condition)
