I bought an item on the 26.june, paid straight away via paypal.. and nothing from seller..

same thing happened a few months ago with same seller.. i emailed after 2 weeks..where is my item..answer : i was too busy to post, will send it tomorrow.. a few days later it turned up.

I didn't leave any feedback, because i didn't get any.

what now..do I wait longer, just to see what happens? (no urgend need for the item)

what feedback do I leave ?

or am I just impatient ?

I can't understand why you would buy from that seller again.  The best idicator of future behaviour is recent past behaviour.  You had troubles before and yet you went back for more.

They have had long enough, and obviusly 'customer service' is not their top priority - open INR and when you can leave feedback, don;t be rude, but let others know this was not a pleaant transaction. And don't - I repeat don't go back for a third try!

You have 45 days from purchase to open a case.

If you want you can wait a little longer or open a case now, that can sometimes make the item magically appear. 😉

To do that, to the right in your list of purchases, there is a drop down menu. Select resolve a problem and open a Not Received Item case. If it comes in the mean time, you can always close the case immediately.
