Because I'm in the market for an macbook I have suddenly been exposed to the avalanche of ludicrous fraud posts. After realising that ebay does not really have any adequate way to report frauds so that they are actioned in a timely manner it has occurred to me that for people idiotic enough to bid on items that are so patently fraudulent that they deserve to be robbed. Mind you the scammers do not deserve to profit from it, but c'est la vie.
I wonder if the reason eBay does not encourage reporting by setting up a system whereby it it more real time and proactive, is because they also subscibe to the notion that 'fools and their money are soon parted' and far be it from them to interfere with time tested wisdom regarding fools.
You can report these but really, why bother. It must be so lucrative to be able to post these jpeg images and there are enough buyers who are so utterly devoid of common sense that there is not need for scammers to hijack accounts any longer, why bother to hijack accounts when a new account with 0 feedback will work just as well.

To ad a note of black humour to the scams, the scammer is using templates from inkfrog.com "the worlds only eBay smart lister" lulz.

They have so many in real shops they sell them.
Try there and get all the warranties and guarantees etc.
Some things just should not be purchased from ebay

next time you come across one...report them to Apple for not being an authorised re-seller.

If you think that it is fraud then why have you been bidding on the items? And I can see that you are the highest bidder for 2 items. Why not just report them and then move on?
