I need to contact ebay via email but can't use the refund instructions due to an issue with the item not showing in my purchased list of items, it was bought thru eBay australia, but was shipped from the USA.
The supplier says I have to return it thru ebay, but eBay wont let me proceed via the online refund process.
I am really struggling to find any contact details for eBay, please can you help me.

The email for eBay is bot automated and useless, plus, not the correct procedure to get a refund even if it was read by a human
How long ago did you buy(are you still within the time limit for a refund?)
Have you changed the purchase history in your setting to cover when it was bought?
Did you buy on the account you are posting with, as a guest, or did you sign in through social media?
Is the item not as described? faulty? or is it a change of mind return?
eBay Help is at the top of every page

OP, if you can answer the above questions, we can try to help.
To reiterate - how long ago did you buy the item? When did it arrive? eBayโs refund process under the Money Back Guarantee covers you for up to 30 days from the date of the itemโs delivery date - no longer. (But if it is longer, we can suggest alternatives.)
If youโre within the timeframe - are you not seeing your purchase because the default display period needs to be changed? You can change that by selecting the purchase history period from the drop-down options. Can you see the item now?
If you canโt see the item, then perhaps you were logged in as sandy has suggested (using social media rather than with password), or purchased as a guest - in which case these links can help:
Bought as guest: https://www.ebay.com.au/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/returning-item/returni...
Bought when logged in via social media: https://www.ebay.com.au/help/account/signing-account/signing-account?id=4189
If you logged in with social media, you can link your account to your email/password account: https://www.ebay.com.au/help/account/signing-ebay-account/signing-ebay-account?id=4191
Does that help?
