 I opened a case 231205305432 and made an error and closed it I need to reopen it as she is lying she never said it was capsule only,I want my money back as it was pay on pick up,She never mentioned in the add or to me that it was capsule only,that like selling a car with no wheels.Its no good to anyone with out a base. please reopen the case. I NEED HELP. I want my money back.

Not a lot you can do unfortunately as once you close a case you can not re-open it.

Also - if I understand correctly from your OP - you picked the item up ??? That was the time to decline and walk away. Why on earth did you pay for it once you had seen there was no base?

If you paid by paypal before you went to view the item, then once again, you are unable to get protection on a pick up item for the very reason I have just given, inspect BEFORE payment.

Just checked the original listing - definitely Cash on Pickup requested by seller.

Regardless, you picked up the item, paid, so there is not really any recourse now. Sorry
