I ordered item 18/06/2023 and fully paid, but still not posted, I can't find purchase history in my account!

I sent message to seller but no answer, how can I do now?

If you can't find the transaction in your purchase history, is it possible you purchased as a guest? Were you logged in at the time? And if you were logged in, did you log in via a social media account of yours (Facebook, etc) instead of via your email address?

Did you pay via PayPal? If so, you should see the transaction amount there.

Check your emails: a confirmation of the order should be there.

How do you know it has not been posted if the seller has not answered your message?

What was the seller's handling time/estimated delivery date?

Where was the item coming from ?
