I was recently bidding on an item when i noticed the seller put in multiple bids from a bidder with a score of 1 purchases. He did this on all his items 15 in all, 1.5 hr before his auctions ended. This seller has a feed back score of over 4000 & has been cheating people for a long time without getting caught & re listing the stamps immediately again after his auctions end only to fish for honnest purchasers yet again.
This is Fraud & a crimnal offence & although the ebay representative could see my report was legitamet they still allowed this thief to trade. If he was exposed for doing this elswhere he would be taken to court.
Why does ebay allow this & why is theere no puplic name & shame for good people to protect each other if ebay wont ? By the way, i have found many stamp dealers which do the same but its harder to proove as a group of dealers have got to gether & help each others auctions out. I know this by seeing the same bidders pop up & then a few weeks after the auction the same stamp is re listed by the original seller.
